This high quality tippling walking stick is a fine example of what is know as a system stick, where a stick conceals something or converts into something else. The total height to the top of the crook handle is 93cm (37 Inches) and this can be shortened if desired. Just order the crop service as well and state the total height needed. The stick is finished with a metal ferrule and a rubber ferrule can be fitted over the top if you want to add one to your order. The handle unscrews to reveal a long flask with a cork stopper and 80ml capacity. Two thimble cups rest on the top of the flask. We sell replacement flasks too. The wood used to make this walking stick is beech and both the ferrule and the collar are brass. Tippling canes are a traditional style of walking stick that accommodate a hidden flask (80ml) for your favorite tipple. Tippling canes make good Christmas gifts for a walking stick user. Tippling canes or Tipplers have been around for centuries. Unscrew the handle to reveal a long test tube like flask with a cork stopper and two small thimbles. We also supply spare flasks in case it gets lost or broken.
