This is nice walking stick for women with a pretty, low key design. The stick is supplied with a robust rubber ferrule and a wrist cord already attached and ready to be used. You can adjust the height easily and quickly from 81 to 91cm (32 to 36 inches) by unscrewing the collar, pushing in the button and twisting the top two sections of the stick until the button is released through the next hole up or down.
